*What is Vitamin F?

Vitamin F is a term used to describe 2 specific fatty acids: 1) Linolein Acid 2) Alpha Lenolenic Acid, that are clinically superior to other fatty acids at locking in moisture. They work well at decreasing over-production of melanin, which helps to reduce hyperpigmentation with their tyrosinase-inhibiting ability.
