Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@labouns.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 205A Cameron Town Road, Pukekohe, Waikato 2678, New Zealand.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. You need to pay for the return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.
Product Warranty
NZ purchases will be subject to certain laws, including, without limitation, the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. We acknowledge that our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

European Union right of withdrawal
If your order is being shipped to the European Union and you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days, for any reason and without giving a reason.
The 14-day withdrawal period starts from the day you, or someone nominated by you, receives the goods. If your order is delivered in multiple shipments, the period starts from the day you receive the final item in your order.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must tell us clearly that you wish to withdraw from your order. You can do this by using our EU right of withdrawal page, by using our self-serve returns and cancellations portal, or by contacting us by email.

If you use our EU right of withdrawal page, we will send you confirmation of your withdrawal request by email.
Returned items should be sent back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you tell us that you are withdrawing from the order.
You may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless we have agreed otherwise or the goods are faulty.
Items should be returned in their original condition where possible. For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, certain sealed goods, including opened supplements, skincare, sunscreen, cosmetics, or similar personal-care products, may not be eligible for return once unsealed after delivery.
How to submit a return request
Click the profile icon in the store's menu, or select the link to the "Self-serve returns and cancellations portal" above or select the "Returns & Cancellations" link on the website footer, and then request a return.
- Sign in to your account:
- In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
- Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click "Request return".
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
